Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We appreciate your cooperation and adherence to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy. 

By making an appointment deposit, you are agreeing to the following:

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

- We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations/rescheduling.

- Cancellations made after this time will be chargeable at the price of the appointment. 
- The booking fee is non-refundable.

- Appointments can be rescheduled for a maximum of 2 occasions.  

 

No-Show Policy:

   - Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "No-Show."

   - No-show appointments will be charged the full-appointment fee.

 

Late Arrivals:

   - We understand that unforeseen delays may occur. If you anticipate arriving late, please notify us as soon as possible.

   - Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to accommodate other scheduled clients.

 

Fee Payment:

   - Cancellation and rescheduling fees are due on the day of the missed appointment. 

   - Payment can be made in person at the salon or by transfer.
